Standard Shipping

• 4.00 per shipment + $1.25 per item based on the price by the US Postal Office.
• Any free shipping promotions do not include items ordered from the Marketplace.
• Shipments via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii, and some US Territories, may take up to six weeks for delivery.

USPS shipping does not include tracking and/or insurance. By choosing USPS shipping, you acknowledge that your Online Bookstore does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement in the event of a lost or misdelivered shipment. Once shipped, these packages are the responsibility of the United States Postal Service.

Expeditated Shipment

• $6.00 per shipment + $3.25 per item
• 1 to 5 business days – The method of shipment is determined by the number of items in each shipment (not the total number of items on the order) and the distance/expected transit time.
• Shipments of 1 or 2 items may go USPS or UPS Mail Innovations (UPS ships the package and partners with USPS for final delivery to your address), depending on expected transit time.
• Shipments of 3 items or more ship UPS Ground.

USP Express (Canada)

• $43.99 per shipment + $5.99 per item.
• 2-3 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted as business days).

International shipments are held and shipped as one complete shipment. Recipient is responsible for import fees due upon delivery (taxes, duties, tariffs, etc) in addition to these shipping charges.

USP Express (All countries except the US and Canada)

• $49.99 per shipment + $5.99 per item.

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states will take longer.

Using the Fastest Shipping option, if available, authorizes your Online Bookstore to ship your books as they become available. This option may cause more than one shipment to complete the order. There is an increased cost when more than one shipment is used.

Shipping Method

This step explains your options based on price and transit time. For Economy and Standard, these are estimates, not guarantees, and are in Business Days, not weekends or holidays. Two-Day and One-Day shipping will arrive within the specified time, so a Two Business Day order shipped on Tuesday should arrive by the End of the Day Thursday.

Orders placed after 11 AM Eastern Time will not process until the next business day.

Some customers might see options for ‘Fastest‘ or ‘Complete‘ shipping. ‘Fastest’ is usually more expensive because we ship items as they become available, which often results in multiple shipments. ‘Complete’ means we ship the entire order once all items are ready to ship together.

Payment Method

This step shows your available credits. It also lets you enter your credit or debit card details for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your card’s billing address is required. Check ‘Same as Shipping Address’ if it applies, or fill in the details if it’s different. Some schools also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, credit, debit, or various mobile apps like Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle for payments over time.
